Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.

Exceptions

We may offer replacements or partial refunds for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products

  • Verified quality issues

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased by mistake

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
